How to Locate and Remove the Turn Signal Flasher on 2000 Chrysler Concorde?

The combination flasher is found on the left side of the instrument panel, below, between the junction block and the brake pedal. To remove the negative battery cable remote terminal, remove it from its post found under the hood. Sometimes, you must remove the left side lower instrument panel cover to access the combination flasher. After it is reachable, pull the combination flasher toward the rear to draw it out of the electrical bracket. To install, do the steps in reverse order.
