Turn the seal cover counterclockwise to remove it before handling the headlamp bulb. After that, take out the bulb attaching spring and slide out the bulb. Touching the bulb glass with unclean fingers or gloves can cause the bulb to pop right away. If a glass surface gets dirty, clean it with alcohol or thinner and let it dry totally before you install it. When you have installed the new bulb, make sure to fit the sealing cover firmly so the lens does not change focus and water does not get in the unit.
