How to Service and Repair a Battery Tray on 2000 Dodge Neon?

To work on and repair the battery tray, take out the battery at first. After that, remove two nuts in the rear of the battery tray and two bolts in the front. Slide out the battery tray by pulling it from next to the air cleaner assembly, without touching the air cleaner. Lastly, take out the battery tray from your vehicle. When installing, follow the directions given in this document in the opposite order.
