How to Service a Body Control Module on 2001 Chrysler Voyager?

To service the Body Control Module (BCM), disconnect the battery negative cable, remove the lower steering column cover and knee blocker reinforcement, and disconnect the BCM wire connectors. Remove the BCM, then install the new one, reconnect the connectors, reinstall the covers, and reconnect the battery cable.
