How to Service and Repair a Harmonic Balancer and Crankshaft Pulley on 2001 Chrysler Voyager?

To service the harmonic balancer and crankshaft pulley, remove the accessory drive belts and crankshaft damper bolt. Use Special Tool 3-Jaw Puller 1026 to remove the damper. Install it with an M12 bolt and secure it to 142 Nm (105 ft. lbs.), then reinstall the belts.
