How to Service and Repair the Neutral Safety Switch on an Automatic Transaxle 31TH on 2001 Chrysler Voyager?

To repair the Neutral Safety Switch on the Automatic Transaxle 31TH, unscrew to drain fluid and then check the switch lever in Park and Neutral. Install new seal and tighten to 33N.m, and retest. One to check for proper fluid level and check continuity between the outside pins in Reverse.
