How to Disassemble and Reassemble a Fan Motor in a Radiator Fan Assembly on 2001 Dodge Neon?

The radiator fan assembly consists of the radiator fan, motor and shroud. Or if the fan is damaged, change it. To disassemble, remove the assembly, fan hub nut and motor screws. When assembling, tighten the fan and motor with given torque, and reinstalled radiator fan assembly.
