How to Maintain the Rear Armrest on 2002 Chrysler 300M?

To service the rear armrest, fold down the 40 side rear seat, remove the armrest bolt and C-clip. For the ski/pass configuration, remove the rear seat back and silencer panel fasteners, then detach the armrest. Reinstall by securing with specified torque and repositioning the seats.
