How Can the Fuse Be Reconnected to Restore Full Electrical System Operation on 2002 Chrysler 300M?

The Ignition-Off Draw (IOD) fuse is not connected during shipping and has to be connected by dealers for full electrical operation. To remove it, turn the ignition OFF, unsnap the fuse access panel, remove the IOD fuse holder, and then re-snap the access panel. For installation, press back into the holder and snap on the panel.
