How to Service and Repair a Front Door Window Regulator on 2002 Chrysler Concorde?

To fix the front door window regulator, remove the flag cover, door trim panel and water shield. Disconnect power window motor, unbolt and remove regulator Install the new regulator, reconnect the motor, line up the glass and reassemble the door components. Check operation prior to completion.
