How to Service and Repair a Brake Light Switch on 2002 Chrysler Prowler?

To fix brake light switch, engage the brake pedal, move the switch backwards and disconnect the wires. Make sure the plunger is fully extended and then connect the wiring. Line up the switch with the bracket and rotate clockwise to lock while gently pulling back the pedal so that the plunger is in place.
