How to Properly Remove and Install a Rear Bumper on 2002 Chrysler Prowler?

In a bid to remove the rear bumper, raise the car, and unconnect the wire connector as well as loosen the bolts connecting the bumper and the frame. To install, place the bumper, loosely fit the bolts, rejoin the wire and install the bolts to 25 N.m (19 ft.lbs.) in making sure it is in a proper position.
