Set the replacement filter into place with the oil pump and secure it with the screw passed into the valve body, locking it in at 4.5 Nm (40 inch lbs.) torque. When necessary, fit a new filter onto the end of the transmission cooler pipe and tighten it with 14.12 Nm (125 inch lbs.) of pressure. Squirt sealant along the edge of the transmission case and put the pan into place, then ensure its locked in by installing the bolts and tightening them according to the instructions. After that, lower the vehicle and add Mopar ATF +4, type 9602 rubber-based fluid to the transmission.
