How to Maintain the Headlight Switch on 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan?

As a way of servicing the headlamp switch, lose the Instrument Panel Lower Steering Column Cover and disconnect the battery negative cable. To change the headlamp switch, depress the spring clip to take the old one out, disconnect the wiring and fit in the new one. Lastly, reconnect the wiring, install the switch and slide the cover.
