How to Replace a Rear Wiper Motor on 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan?

In order to change the rear wiper motor, one will have to disconnect the negative battery cable, the wiper arm and liftgate trim. Unscrew the wire connector of the motor, disAttach securing screws and remove the motor. Install the new motor, reconnect the wire, replace the trim and reconnect the wiper arm then reconnect before attaching back the battery.
