How to Service and Repair an Ignition Lock Cylinder on 2002 Dodge Intrepid?

In order to fix the ignition lock cylinder, one has to disconnect the negative cable of the battery, loosen the tilt lever and steering column covers. Slide the lock cylinder by turning the key to the run position and depressing the retaining tab. Installation in the same way again by aligning and fixing it, and then reassemble the steering column.
