How to service and repair the rear door hinge on dual cargo doors on 2002 Dodge Ram 3500 Van?

In order to fix the rear door hinge on a dual cargo door, take out the interior trim panel and label the location of the hinge. Somebody hold the door, and remove hinge screws. Coat and lubricate the hinge, and put it in and screw it tight to 23 N.m. after which the trim panel is installed again.
