How to Reconnect the Fuse to Restore Full Electrical System Operation on 2003 Chrysler Concorde?

The Ignition-Off Draw (IOD) fuse is disconnected during shipping and must be reconnected by dealers for full electrical operation. To remove it, turn the ignition off, unsnap the fuse access panel, pull the IOD fuse holder from cavity #19, and reinstall the panel. For installation, press the holder back in and snap the panel on.
