How to Service and Repair the Rear Door Striker on 2003 Chrysler Voyager?

To repair the rear latch striker, open the sliding door and mark the outline of the sliding door on the C-pillar. Remove the old striker, and position and secure the new one with screws having a tightening force of 28 N.m (21 ft.lbs.). Finally, check sliding door alignment and operation.
