How to Maintain and Fix a Power Window Switch on 2003 Dodge Ram 1500?

The first step to fixing or repairing a power window switch is to disconnect the battery negative cable for both the front and rear switch controls. To take out the front passenger switch, slowly pry it free from the door trim with a trim stick and disconnect the electrical cable from the window switch. For the back passenger switch, take out the door trim panel and remove the switch gently. For installation, plug the electrical harness into the front passenger switch, fit the switch onto the door trim panel and link the negative battery cable once again. Install the rear passenger switch on the door trim panel, put the trim panel back inside the car and attach the negative end of the battery cable once more.
