Where is the fuel filter located and how do you remove and install it on 2003 Dodge Ram 3500 Van?

The fuel filter is located inside the fuel pressure regulator on the left side of the vehicle. To replace it, discharge the fuel system, elevate the vehicle and remove the fuel assembly. Disconnect the high pressure tube, remove the filter and O-ring and install the new components and assemble everything carefully.
