How to Service and Repair a Power Steering Hose from the Pump to the Cooler Tube on 2003 Dodge Sprinter 2500?

In order to access the pump to the cooler tube to make a repair, siphon the fluid in the reservoir, unplug the pump return line, and take off the grille and left headlight. Reattach the looped line at the cooler tube, install headlight and grille, and put in the power steering fluid once again.
