Check that both ends of the puller fit perfectly into the slots of the belt pulley, without tilting. If you find wear grooves on the pulley or vibration damper after removing it, change both the pulley/damper and the front crankshaft seal. For settlement, place the parallel key next to the shaft key and secure it with grease until they are aligned. Fix the belt pulley/vibration damper and attach the crankshaft center bolt and washer, tighten the M8.8 bolt to 200 Nm (148 ft. lbs.) and additional 90° or the M10.9 bolt to 325 Nm (240 ft. lbs.) followed by 90°.
