How to Maintain and Fix a Wiper Arm on 2003 Dodge Stratus?

In order to fix the wiper arm, you need to put the wiper arm in the PARK and switch of the ignition. Unscrew the arm cover, loosen the retention nut and remove the arm. Install new arm, position it according to the windshield, screw the nut 33-40 Nm tight and put new arm cover on.
