How to Service and Repair a Hood Latch on 2004 Chrysler 300M?

To fix the hood latch, open the hood and remove the nuts holding it in place to the cross-member. Disconnect the release cable, reconnect it and place the latch back. Tighten it with nuts that are pressurized to 22.6-33.9 N.m. Last of all check the latch operation before closing the hood.
