How to Service and Repair a Window Regulator for the Rear Door on 2004 Chrysler Concorde?

For the purpose to repair the rear door window regulator, remove the flag cover, door trim panel and water shield. Disconnect the power window motor and the loose screws and bolts and remove the regulator. For installation, reverse the steps, making sure to properly align and operate the window and reassemble the door components.
