How to Service an EGR Tube on 2004 Dodge Caravan?

Service the EGR tube by first unbolting the attaching bolts found at the EGR valve and intake manifold. Look for any leaks or cracks on the manifold and on the tube and replace the parts if they are found to be faulty. At installation, just join the EGR tube and gasket to the intake manifold and the EGR valve with some loose bolts. Following this, tighten both sets of bolts to 11.9 Nm (105 ± 20 ins.lbs.).
