How to Replace a Rear Wiper Motor on 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan?

In order to change the rear wiper motor, disconnect the battery negative cable, wiper arm, and the liftgate trim panel. Unconnect the wire connector and screws of the motor and take off the motor. Fit the new motor, fit the wire back, and fit the trim and wiper arm and lastly refit the battery.
