How to Maintain a Turn Signal Flasher on 2004 Dodge Intrepid?

In order to maintain the turn signal flasher, remove the negative battery cable and the left instrument panel silencer. Take out the old flasher and insert the new flasher. Fix the silencer and relocate the negative battery cable again to finish off.
