To be able to service the front fog lamp, disconnect the negative cable of the battery. Remove the fog lamp by unscrewing the nuts and disconnecting the wire. Change the bulb, place the fog lamp back, reconnect the wire and fix it with nuts, and finally reconnect the negative cable of the battery.
