How to Maintain and Fix an Armrest and Seat Back on 2004 Dodge Ram 1500?

To service the center arm rest and seat back, refer to seat service warnings. Replace fasteners with new ones. Remove center seat, j-straps and hinge bolts. Remove the seat back from the storage bin. Reinstall by sitting down, putting new bolts in hinge, reconnect j-straps.
