How to Service the Intake Manifold Temperature Sensor on 2004 Dodge Sprinter 3500?

Always begin the service of the Intake Manifold Temperature (IMT) Sensor by removing the negative battery cable. After that, take out the wiring harness connector at the intake manifold temperature sensor before pressing in the sensor's arms to unhook it from the charge air pipe. When installing, place the intake manifold temperature sensor over the charge air pipe access hole, press the locking tabs, fit the sensor into place and drop the tabs down. Reattach the negative battery cable as your last step.
