How to Ensure Proper Functioning of a Valve Stem Seal on a 2005 Chrysler 300?

In order to service the valve stem seal, loosen the valve spring (3) and then extract the seal with a valve seal tool (1). Install the new seal by pushing over the valve guide using the valve stem (5) as a guide then reattaching the valve spring (3).
