2005 Chrysler Sebring Weather Strip Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Maintain the Weather Strip on a Quarter Window Glass on 2005 Chrysler Sebring?
A: Before cleaning the quarter window weather strip, bring the top to its midpoint and the glass to the position where it's fully down. Remove the trim and the loosening screws that hold the quarter panel weather strip/molding around the fender. Relax the upper deck moulding on the necessary side and raise the outer belt weather strip at one end to disconnect it, so you can remove it. Place the quarter panel outer belt weather strip/molding on the car and stretch it toward the body until it forms a tight fit. Fit the weather strip to the outer quarter panel by adding screws and tighten the fasteners that hold the upper belt molding in place. After that, fit the quarter trim panel back into position and set the top in place on its rails.
