How to Repair and Service an Ignition Switch on 2005 Dodge Sprinter 2500?

To fix the ignition switch, remove the central electronics cover, and steering column shroud. Remove the transponder coil from it, place the key into it and turn it to the first detent. Turn and remove the cap and lock cylinder then re-installed. Reattaching the transponder coil and covers, and making sure no cables are trapped.
