How to Maintain and Repair an Axle Shaft on 2006 Chrysler 300?

In order to repair axle shaft assembly, the rear suspension is compressed and the halfshafts are removed paying attention to the unequal length. Drain and replace axle fluid and reinstall components and torque to specs. For the V8 models, re-install the exhaust system. Finally, lower the vehicle and torque the hub nut as well as lug nuts.
