How to Maintain a Mirror Switch on 2006 Chrysler 300?

To service the power mirror switch, disconnect the battery negative cable, remove the door trim panel and twist the switch counter-clockwise to remove it. Reinstall the switch, plug in the wire harness, install the door trim panel again and connect the battery negative cable again.
