How to Service the Tail Light Unit on 2006 Chrysler 300?

You should start by unhooking and isolating the battery negative cable from the unit before working on the tail lamp. Open the back, pull off the cover on the trunk trim and unplug the electrical cable. Unscrew the three plastic wing nuts and take the tail lamp unit straight out of the rear edge of the quarter trim panel. To improve, screw the three plastic wing nuts into the tail lamp can after setting the unit in the rear quarter panel on the vehicle. Within the truck trunk, connect the electrical cord from the tail unit to the vehicle and install a new carpeting before putting back the battery cable.
