How to Service the Rear Crossmember for the Transmission on 2006 Dodge Sprinter 3500?

To service the rear crossmember, put the vehicle up on jack stands and support the transmission. Remove the transmission mount cover, crossmember nuts and the crossmember. Reinstall the crossmember and tighten it with nuts to 45N.m. Finally, reinstall the transmission mount bracket and tighten the mount bolts to 45N.m.
