How to Service and Repair an Oil Cooler on 2007 Dodge Charger?

The first thing to do for service or repair of the oil cooler is to drain the cooling system. After that, place the vehicle on a hoist and remove the connections from the oil cooler to the two coolant hoses. After that, unscrew the oil filter and the fastener found at the middle position on the oil cooler. Once your job is mostly done, remove the oil cooler.
