How to Remove and Replace Exhaust Valve and Intake Valves on 2007 Dodge Magnum?

In order to get the valve, firstly, take away the cylinder head(s) and valve spring. Make sure that any burr is removed of the valve stem retainer lock grooves and tip of stem to prevent any harm of the valve guides. Lastly, unscrew the valve, and label all of them so that they can be reassembled.
