How to Remove and Replace the Drive Belt on a 5.7L Engine on 2007 Dodge Ram 2500?

As you remove and replace the drive belt, double-check that all V-grooves are in contact with all the pulley's grooves. Put the drive belt on top of each pulley besides the water pump pulley and then turn the tensioner clockwise to pass the belt over the water pump pulley. After squeezing the tensioner, gently let go. Connect the air tube from the intake manifold to the air filter assembly at last.
