After taking off the lower instrument panel covering, disconnect the battery negative cable. Then, pull the retaining clip from the pushrod at the clutch pedal and from the hydraulic supply tube at the clutch master cylinder to take out the tube. To empty the master cylinder and tubing well, you should open the brake master cylinder cap and put the drained fluid into a suitable container. Make sure to separate the line that feeds the clutch master cylinder from the brake master cylinder reservoir. You should also try to put a cap on the port or collect any brake fluid there. Take care when you remove the clutch master cylinder or you could damage the hydraulic tube and end up with improper clutch release after you put it all back together.
