How to Maintain and Fix a Starter Motor for a 2.0/2.4L Engine on 2007 Jeep Compass?

To fix the starter motor of 2.0/2.4L engine, open the hood, remove air cleaner box and disconnect the battery negative cable. Take off the starter mounting bolt, disconnect throttle body and push starter under the intake manifold. Last of all, unplug the wiring and take off the starter.
