How to Service and Repair a Lash Adjuster on 2008 Chrysler 300?

To repair the lifter/lash adjuster, first remove the cylinder head cover(s). Then, remove the rocker arm(s) marking the positions of the lash adjusters and rocker arms for later reassembly if they are to be reused. Lastly, pull out the lash adjuster(s).
