How to Remove a Front Door Window Regulator on 2008 Dodge Avenger?

To remove the front door window regulator, first remove the door trim panel. Secure the window glass with tape, and then disconnect it from the regulator. Remove the carrier plate and power window motor, loosen the regulator screws and lastly slide the regulator backwards to remove it from the door panel.
