How to Service and Repair a Rear Seat Heater Without Removing the Factory Installed Heating Elements on 2008 Dodge Charger?

To service the rear heated seat, disconnect the negative battery connection (cable) and remove the seat cushion or back cover. Remove the electrical connectors and sever wires from the heat element that is not working. Do not remove the factory heating elements because they are permanently attached. Apply the replacement element on top.
