How to Service a Seat Heater on 2008 Dodge Sprinter 3500?

To service the heated seat, remove the negative battery cable and remove the seat cushion or back trim cover. Disconnect the electrical connectors and snip the wires from the heating element that no longer works. Note that factory heating elements cannot be ordered off without damage; the replacement element is applied on top.
