How to Remove the Timing Chain Tensioner on 2008 Jeep Patriot?

In order to remove the tensioner in the timing chain, the timing chain should be removed first. Note that the tensioner will not be lost. Afterwards, unscrew the tensioner retaining bolts and take it out.
