  • Q: How to Replace a Headlight Bulb on 2009 Chrysler Aspen?
    A: Remember to first disconnect the negative battery cable before handling the headlamp bulb. High voltage service disconnects which are found on HEV vehicles, must be removed by a talent trained in HEV safety. After that, pull the front lamp unit off the fender, but leave the headlamp and dash wiring connected to the housing at the back. Disconnect the back wiring harness from the headlamp bulb which is in the front lamp unit housing. Hold the headlamp bulb and rotate it to the left about 30 degrees which should unlock it and pull it straight out from the housing where the key would fit.
